A full evaluation is done of your property's interior and exterior and a plan determined for enhancing each space to stage it for sale. Work is performed primarily by the sellers, or contracted by seller-paid professionals if needed. May include painting, rearrangement/removal of furnishings, repairing damages, replacing hardware and/or fixtures, etc.
This service is included for my seller clients with no obligation.
Whether you need more extensive work done to sell your property for top dollar, or want to reimagine the home you intend to occupy, I can help with both. In this option I am the designer and general contractor. I work with you to create a design for your property and/or enlist contractors and finance their fees up front.
Costs may be taken from seller proceeds for selling clients.

$900 deposit + 120% of contractors fees and materials*
Selling clients:
Contractor's fees and costs for materials are reimbursed from seller proceeds at closing, interest-free. Payment for agent services performed are reflected in negotiated commissions in the listing agreement. Up-front retainer fee may apply.
